“Farewell to summer” Supperclub​

On September 9th, we experienced an unexpectedly hot weekend, so we decided to dine alfresco while being serenaded with live music.

We aimed for a rustic, homey feel with our Mediterranean orzo, homemade lasagne, and garlic bread with whipped garlic butter. For dessert, we served pears poached with vanilla and cinnamon.

Our guests enjoyed the last moments of summer well into the evening, surrounded by baby’s breath and sunflowers.
